This is the second cooler I have bought from Heat Fix Pro. Great product for the price. Convenient for indoor or outdoor use. Large holding tank. I’ve recommended this product to friends and on sites. For the price, it’s made summer bearable (I live in a very hot Area like the desert, and I know heat!
Item was pretty straightforward to install. Very quiet inside and outside. The remote is pretty straightforward to use. We have not tried the phone app, but we may get to that. Overall, very happy with this unit.
I ordered this and installed it in my in-laws’ house. They had roughly 730 sq ft, which is way above what the 12000 BTU was rated for. We just came out of a week full of 100+ degree weather, and they said it was COLD in their house. Best-performing unit I have seen.
